Episode 1: The Store

I know my brow is doing its crinkly thing but I can’t help it. I feel very self-conscious and am annoyed about it. I just want to walk through the store without people looking at me but instead the world has to stare. I hate being pretty. It’s not like I’m gorgeous. Maybe I dress hoochie. Do I? My jeans are fitted but so are everyone else’s. Well, ok maybe not that lady’s but she’s frumpy so that doesn’t count. Milk, milk, milk. I can’t help it that my jeans look nice on me. I just want to walk into the store, grab the sour cream, the cold cuts, the milk and bread and go about my day without worrying about people checking me out. I want to enjoy listening to my headphones and zone out as I do my errands. Oh, CU-U-U-UTE shoes that chic has on. My shirt isn’t trampy either. And I don’t have a ton of make up. So what the heck is that guy staring at me for? His wife should slap him. Hey what the heck do I get a dirty look for, lady? HELLO?! Idiot lady. Oh crap. Forget her being an idiot. ME TOO!!! THE MILK!!! Dang it – I almost left without milk. Now I have to have to pass creepy leery egg stocking boy again. Ew. Why do I have to be so distracted all the time?

I swear that was the best kiss ever last night. He’ll call today. I know he will. I didn’t do anything trampy then, just a perfectly ladylike good night kiss. Oh, creepy leery egg stocking boy again… what did I need to get? Um… milk… lactaid? Lactose free? Is there a difference? Price? Yes, definitely price. One of those brand deals, huh? Should I go for Target brand or the fancy pants brand? Reduced fat? Fat free? Fat free, man. Yeah. Let’s go fancy pants, though. In case he ever comes over and wants milk. Hee hee.
